Last month I made the goal to get to the half way point of my next Jacksonville Gators novel (done), work on revisions for Trust Me With Your Love (done), work out three times a week (eehh, not so much), and have fun at the When the Heart Dreams reader event (DONE!)

So much fun with romance readers and authors at When the Heart Dreams.
I had a great time at When the Heart Dreams, and later in the month on a romance panel at the Deckle Edge Book Festival. To top things off, I got to hear the fantastic Beverly Jenkins speak at the University of South Carolina about the African-American history she puts in her historical romance novels.

Panel with Cheris Hodges, Kim Boykin and moderated by Sara Wendell.
If you didn’t get to see me at the events this month then definitely don’t forget to get your tickets for the Southern Girls Sip and Read event, Saturday April 29 in Columbia, SC. March won’t be as busy with travel, but I will have a lot of writing/planning to do. So, here are those goals:
- Finish draft of Gators novel.
- Complete revisions for TMWYL and get cover art complete.
- Work on outline for next Caldwell Family novel.
- Keep promoting/planning for the Southern Girls Sip and Read event.
- Touch base with two author friends on a project we brainstormed.
- Work out 3x a week!!!!
Okay, those are my goals for next month. Can’t wait to check in and see how they turn out.
Oh, and Vote for Jacobe!!
