Who’s ready for summer? I know, I know we just entered spring. Some people are still dealing with cold weather. Well, here in SC we’ve already topped 90 degrees. It feels a lot like summer.
I just got back from the beach. My husband and I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary! We had a fun, quick, trip out of town and now we’re both ready to tackle the super busy, school is out, upcoming summer vacation.
I don’t take a break from writing during the summer. I also don’t have any big trips planned, but I do hope to spend some time on a beach (again) and have a few BBQs. I’m really excited that my 15th novel will release in July! Guarding His Heart is the 3rd book in the Jacksonville Gators series. I started writing this book last summer at the beach, therefore, I think it’s a perfect beach read.
Guarding His Heart is Kevin’s chance to find love. I struggled with this book, because I had to write it right after Harlequin announced shutting down the Kimani line. Even though my spirits were way down I tried to be true to Kevin and Jasmine’s love story. I think I gave them a fun and sexy romance, and I hope you think so, too.
